Some tips to get more motivation and make sure you will not have anxiety on your finals:
- Start to prepare yourself for your final at least 7 days before your final ( I know it might seem like a long time before your final, but if you just read your notes ones a week before you will feel more prepared when you start to "cram")
- Study at the Library and try to study at different places (It is always good to be in an environment where you can focus)
- Go to the Academic Support Center (13th Floor 41 Street Building). They can help you to study and to prepare you for your finals.
- Do not give up and try to decide for how many hours that you are going to spend studying for each exam
- Have fun - try to make it as fun as possible
- Rewards - Give yourself rewards for each task you complete or if you study on an exam for a couple of ours.
- Take study brakes!! Cramming for a couple of hours without brakes will not do you any good. Take a walk, buy a soda and to not skip any meals.
